1. 약관의 적용
Sudoku iOS 앱(이하 "앱")을 설치하거나 사용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 앱 사용을 중단하고 삭제해 주세요.
2. 서비스 내용
앱은 스도쿠 퍼즐 게임 및 관련 기능(통계, 일일 도전, 일일 퀘스트, 상점 등)을 제공합니다. 기능은 업데이트에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
3. 자동 갱신 구독 (In-App Purchases)
- 구독 상품명: 슈도쿠 프리미엄 (Sudoku Premium)
- 구독 기간 및 가격: 월간 / 연간 등 앱 내 상점 화면 및 App Store 결제 화면에 표시되는 가격을 따릅니다. 가격은 지역과 통화에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
- 자동 갱신: 현재 결제 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 동일 조건으로 자동 갱신됩니다.
- 갱신 청구: 갱신 요금은 현재 기간 종료 전 24시간 이내에 사용자의 Apple ID로 청구됩니다.
- 관리 및 해지: 구매 후 기기의 설정 → Apple ID → 구독에서 언제든 관리·해지할 수 있습니다. 현재 결제 기간 중 해지 시 잔여 기간은 사용 가능합니다.
- 구매 복원: 앱 내 상점 화면의 "구매 복원"으로 이전 구매를 복원할 수 있습니다(Apple 정책 및 네트워크 상태에 따름).
- 환불: 환불은 Apple App Store 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. reportaproblem.apple.com에서 신청할 수 있습니다.

4. 광고
무료 이용 시 제3자 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 프리미엄(구독) 상태에서는 광고가 비활성화될 수 있습니다(앱 내 표시 기준).
5. 금지 행위
불법 목적 사용, 앱·서버 역분석으로 서비스를 해치는 행위, 자동화 도구로 부당 이득을 취하는 행위 등을 금지합니다.
6. 면책
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 한, 간접 손해 등에 대해 책임을 제한합니다.
7. 준거법
분쟁이 있는 경우 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 관할은 개발자 거소지 관할 법원으로 합니다(소비자에게 국가별 강행법이 우선하는 경우 그에 따름).

1. Agreement
By installing or using the Sudoku iOS app ("App"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
2. Service
The App provides Sudoku puzzles and related features (statistics, daily challenge, daily quests, shop, etc.). Features may change with updates.
3. Auto-renewing subscriptions (In-App Purchases)
- Product: Sudoku Premium
- Length & price: Monthly and yearly options shown in the in-app store and at the App Store checkout. Prices vary by region and currency.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charge: The renewal fee is charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage & cancel: Manage or cancel anytime via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the current period.
- Restore purchases: Use "Restore Purchases" in the in-app shop to restore prior purchases (subject to Apple's policies and network state).
- Refunds: Refunds follow Apple App Store policies. Request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Advertising
Free use may include third-party ads. A premium subscription may disable ads as described in the App.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, attack or misuse services, or use automation to gain unfair advantage.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer laws require otherwise, disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with courts at the developer's location having jurisdiction.
